I never thought that I could run distances or hold World Records but I can and I’d really like other women to realise that they can do anything too. You know women are incredible and we can do anything and getting fitter will just make you feel so much better about yourself. So we definitely don’t agree with the “old bag” chat however we couldn’t agree more with Mimi on the life changing benefits of exercise and are delighted to be able to shine a light on your individual stories alongside Mimi’s this September as part of our #TransformationTuesday series. “I have never stuck to exercise in my whole 30 years. This is the first place I have ever felt confident enough and felt that people believed in me that I could make a difference for myself. It is also the first form of exercise I have ever done that has been fun. My goal was to get fit for my wedding and after having my final dress fitting last week I have never felt so happy.
