Safety is our number one priority. It is advisable to seek medical clearance before starting our exercise workouts in particular if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Obesity
  • Musculoskeletal disorders

To make sure you are completing the workouts safely, listen to and follow all guidance carefully.

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately.

If you are pregnant or a new mum, we know that exercise is hugely beneficial, however we recommend discussing with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

Ultimately, you are responsible for exercising within your limits and assume all risk of injury to your person or property.   If you have any concerns please consult your doctor before attempting any of these exercises.
